Discount for couples :  2 persons get 10 % off, except in the High Season

Inclusive price

Prices are meant for 4  persons including costs for electricity, heating, water and final cleaning

Minimum stay

Shorter stays than 1 week are possible.

LONGTERM RENTALS from October until  April are welcome. The rent is only  340 € per month plus heating and electricity. Minimum stay is 3 months.

Children

Kids are welcome. A baby bed is available for free.

Pool

Pool season runs from end of May till mid of October depending on the weather

Arrival and departure

Arrival time is on Saturdays at 4 p.m. or later, departure time at 11 a.m. or earlier preferable. Exceptions are possible

Holiday with a dog

If you like to bring your dog, we charge 4 € per day per dog.

Cancellation terms

costs for cancellation of confirmed booking:

up to 49 days before planned arrival 10 % of the amount , up to  35 days 30 %,  up to 21 days 60 %,  up to 14 days 90 %,  less than 14 days 100 %

If I´m able to rent the house otherwise we can arrange a cancellation for the costs of my afforts to get new guests. A cancellation must be done by letter.
